How we charge

We will work with you to define a brief that meets your needs or work from a brief you have prepared in advanced. From this we will calculate how many hours the project will take, multiply this by our hourly rate and add any additional charges, with this information we can construct a quote and send it to you. If you are happy with the quote you can contact us and we can get started.

Shown below is how we structure a project and shows what sections we charge at. We have structure our projects like that so that there are no hidden charges and so you have a better idea what to expect at each phase. This is only a guide and project could be charge differently if deemed necessary. We hope that this gives you a clearer picture of how we work.

If you become a regular customer we will define a set rate that we will use on all of your projects, no matter how complex. This means that overtime if lets say you need us to provide a brochure every month, this would be cheaper than lets say a large scale 3d modeling project, but as we have set a rate for you , you can come to us with a bigger project we will charge you from your pre-agreed rate.
